Hello Experts

I am planning to apply for PR under Canadian experience class in next couple of months. But somebody told me that before applying i have to approve my job from HRSDC. Since I worked there as cashier first and then they promoted me manager and its a small business. I have open work permit upto June 2015. Is it compulsory to get approve job from HRSDC first before applying???

I don't think you need to have your job approve by HRSDC. But if you want to qualify for CEC, you job should be under Skilled Level 0, A, or B positions in order to be eligible. I know for my situation, I never contacted HRSDC for an approval.
