I want to go for further study in September intake 2018 .My 12th class percentage is 80% (2017) overall but due to some factors could secure only 40 marks in maths . But I will give an improvement exam in February 2018 for that and am sure that I will score 85+ this time. My IELTS score is 7.5 not less than 6.5.
Please provide me with a little guideline like when should I apply for conditional offer letter etc. because I don't want to get late as my improvement results will arrive in late April. So I want the conditional offer letter before hand.
. Also suggest me a good college for studying computer science.
Thank You.

Why not a University? It will improve your chances to get visa. In Canada i can think of University of Waterloo for CS as it is regarded as having one of the best CS undergrad due to its coop. But you can also check UBC and University of Toronto. As far as Waterloo is concerned, you can give Euclid maths contest and if you score well, you'll probably get a lot of scholarship too. Apply in as soon as the applications open for Waterloo, they'll tell you about the admissions in Feb. Also apply to University of Montreal as it is easy to get into while Waterloo is extremely competitive for CS

Thanks a lot for the help bro!
I will surely apply at University of Waterloo , But what about university of Alberta and university of Calgary ? If you have any information please share with me . Also , I want to ask that how taking admission to University increase the chances of visa?

Colleges are a waste of money. A good university increases your chances in a way that only a good student can get an admission in a good University which means that you are a bonafide student. Alberta is good too for engineering and even for CS. Tbh as far as a friend of mine told me, the universities in Canada are all great but ofc there are certain top tier Unis like UWaterloo, UofT, UBC and Alberta. A friend of mine recently got visa for Alberta. At the end of the day, you should really look at the cost. There are some Universities with a fee of less than 20k per year and then there some like Waterloo which cost around 32600 cad per year but their coop is awesome and you can pay a lot of tuition by yourself too(sometimes all of it) so you need to check which one you can afford and is better for you.
