Hi Guys,

I was hoping someone could suggest something in our current situation. My husbands mother is in a critical condition back in our home country. We wanted to go home but our visa are both expired. Also, our BWOP is on process, we submitted it online last September 3. Is there any way that the processing of the application could be faster? We are also planning to get our re-entry visa from our country.

Thank you

I donot think so you can speed up BOWP application, but you can call CIC customer care and explain them the situation, they may help you.

I doubt it. They might consider if you write a letter explaining why you need your BOWP asap, but that's just might consider. Chances are, if you speed it up for you, they would have to speed it up for others too. So, at least try writing them a letter/email or calling them see if something happens, but don't get your hopes high.

Go to home country easily relaxed take care of mother. When BOWP wll come thn apply for temperory resident visa from home country attaching bowp and come back. soo easy

Thank you for your replies. One thing is that I am currently receiving Parental Benefits cause I just had a daughter 5 months ago. My Sin Card will expire this december so as far I know you cannot receive any benefits if your SIN Card will expire. My question is can someone apply for a renewal of SIN in my behalf? Can I hire a lawyer to do that one or is it even possible?
