I got 2nd division in MA Economics from karachi university my % is 52 Am i eligible to get admission in Canada or in Europe?? please guide

HI,
Due to low acadmic grade/score you are not eligible for candian universites may be you are eligible for post graduate diploma at college.

You can try for Memorial University and york University.
 
if u want to apply to a university in canada then their requirements are high : academic as well as ielts.
however colleges doesnt give much concentration to the grades they can easily accept you on 52 percentage :P
Some colleges doesnt even ask for ielts bro.
Above procedure applies to europe too

The result was 5 % only out of more than 3000 students only 185 were passed I was among them

You will get admission in Canada university easily. Your Academic profile is good because University of Karachi has Division System.

Focus on Memorial University.
