Hello Brothers i just want to know that with this qualification am i eligible to get visa for Canada from Pakistan???

Metric 2006.....71%

F.S.c(Pre-Engineering) 2008......43%

am i eligible to apply please experts guide me.........I applied for SIAST college and the college gave me admission.My Bank Statement(Proof of Funds) is 25 lac of Running Finance and doing Ielts INSHAA Allah will get 7 bands...
