My wife is currently in Canada and working with her Post-graduate work permit. I am a study permit applicant outside Canada.
1. Are you a spouse of certain skilled worker has status in Canada? based on situation above, should I answer this with 'Yes'?
2. Are you accompanying a family member that has status in Canada or has been recently approved in Canada? based on situation above, should I answer this with 'Yes'?
*In IRCC glossary, Accompanying you means that this person intends to come to Canada at the same time as you.
*If I click the (?) hint beside the question, it says - This means you will be staying with a family member who is already in Canada, or has applied to come to Canada and has been accepted as a visitor, worker or student.
So its bit confusing yet vital. Please guide me what to do.
