Hi! I'm applying for a study permit in Canada and I'm stuck on the question: Are you a spouse, common-law partner or child of certain skilled worker or of certain full time international student that has or will have status in Canada?
My mum currently lives and works in Canada on a work visa but is not PR. Do I answer yes or no?

Thanks

Yes. Status includes work permit and study permit.

1. If you are under 19, then it is yes, if you are over 19, then it is no.

Thanks for the answers. So just to clarify - even if my mumhas a work permit - I'm 23 so I can say no...
