Need guidance on primary NOC selection

Hi,

I'm an IT profesional and I have about 7 years experience as Software engineer, 3 years experience as a Project Manager, 2 years as a Technical Architect and another 2 years as a Senior Technical Architect (Leadership role). I plan to apply through Express entry and I'm confused on what would be the right primary NOC I should mention in my application as the NOC guidelines doesn't specify the code for Software Technical Architectural roles. I'm wondering if it qualifies as 0213. I certainly would be specifying 0213 in my work history but for my primary NOC for the Express entry application, should I mention 0213 or 2173 if I should be applying for the Senior Technical Architectural role.

Could someone guide me on this please?

I have a marketing and advertising qualification in 2004. From 2005 - 2015 (nine years) I was a journalist (NOC 5123) with no qualification in journalism. In 2016 I got a degree in Public Relations and Communication Science and thus far I have two years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations (NOC 0124).

Which should I use as my primary NOC. If I use NOC 5123, I will hopefully get the full 50 points for six or more years experience but I don't have a qualification in journalism and when fill out EE profile, it asks when did you first graduate to conduct this job?

If I use NOC 0124, I have have 2 years experience in this field so I will only get 25 points, even though I have the qualifications?
