Hi All,

I am in such a chaotic situation, where-in I am completely clue-less what to do next. I will explain my situation and profile here:-

Name :- Arunkumar Ganesan
Age :- 31 (13/04/1989)
Marital Status :- Single
Matching NOCs :- Database Analysts and Data Administrators (NOC 2172), Software Engineers and Designers (NOC 2173) & Computer Engineers (NOC 2147)
ECA (WES) :- a) Bachelor's degree for 3 years & above. b) Post graduate diploma 1 year.
IELTS :- L7, R6.5, W7, S6 (CLB 7)
Experience (Years) :- NOC 2172 (3 Years) and Software Engineer (5.5 years)

Point-lacking factors

  1. French Language Knowledge.
  2. Job Offer Letter.
  3. Close family relative.
  4. Work experience in Canada.
  5. Canadian Education.
As per my knowledge, I was planning for PNPs through the General Express Entry (FSW) for IT professionals without a Job Offer. However, when I calculated my CRS I got only 350 and for the SINP I scored 59, Manitoba 60 respectively. Could you please advise me how will I move on now. I was representing my case through a Quebec based IRCC lawyer consultant firm and they are not even bothered to tell me my exact scores after receiving my WES evaluation report (in fact I made the last payment due purposefully).

Appreciate your support on my case.

Thanks & Regards,
Arunkumar Ganesan.

Start by improving your IELTS score. It's quite low right now and you are leaving a lot of points on the table by not maxing our your IELTS test results.

Your IELTS score is low. Play around with different scores in each area and see which combo gives you maximum points. 30 or below is the best age for maximum age points something to consider. Try OINP which is IT/Tech friendly province. Another option is to do Masters in Canada. It is quite difficult to go from 350 to 468 (current cut-off).
