Need advice for wife sponsorship

Hey guys,
I am sponsoring my wife from Afghanistan through Islamabad, Pakistan. Here is a quick info from CIC.
Under DECISION MADE, It says
We received your application to sponsor xxxxx on September 17, 2012.
We started processing your application on October 27, 2012.
We sent you a letter on October 27, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Under APPLICATION RECEIVED it says
We received xxxxxx application for permanent residence on September 17, 2012.
Medical results have been received.

My question is should I get her to do medical and police clearance again or it's too early cause it take almost about 2 months to get a police clearance certificate from there.

i dont know about afghanistan but for pakistan remdical can only done when it is requested..now days IOM does not allow any one doing voluntiarly remedical. i tried my self

since your file is from Islamabad and mines too and there is only one month difference between us, have y ou received any letter from Islamabad or CIC yet or no.

Thanks for the quick reply but what about police clearance

no idea about police clearance coz in 70% case they only ask for remdical they wont ask for re police clearance for everyone

no nothing for Islamabad just Approval emails. then few people said now days files r transfering to ottawa not islamabad i emailed ottawa and they confirmed that my file is in ottawa instead of islamabad

I am not sure about Ottawa, cause when I received my AOR from CIC, they had mentioned that my file is transferred to Islamabad, Pakistan and also on the letter there email and address written down and they said from now on will be dealing with it.

on my AOR its also mention same that file is transfered to islamabad pakistan
