Hello guys

My visa has been approved !!!!!!

ICT WORK PERMIT for myself
Open work permit for wife

Timelines

App sent 17th Dec 2013 along with passports
App reached 18th Dec
Medical request 20th Jan 2014
Medicals done on 22nd Jan
Visa approved on 6th Feb

Though I am yet to hear on daughter's TRV but it must be a matter of time

Whats your status now?

I got a call from Delhi office on 4th asking for my son's passport to be re-sent. (My passport and My wife's passport are already with them)

Sent it on the 5th. through VFS

That's my status for now...

Though I have a job, I am very nervous about this move, Have never been a fan of abroad... Where are you planning to move once you get your VISA

hi, brow sorry for late reply as I am roamimg around all relatives...
we
me n my spouse dep. appl. online and had long delayed because of strike, but now medical done and got approval email last week so in few days we get stamping request for delhi and thats it...

most probably in march we may fly
we had job in winnipeg @ manitoba (2nd ranked city).
if u have WP than u need to go your work place city, employer may arrange your accomodation, traveling, insurence, health & safety etc. plz confirm everything with your employer before flyig

To prove that the passport and docs are with
Cic New Delhi . I attached all the proofs with it
However didn't hear any reply from them
I don't know how much time it will take
It is weird
don't know what to do
Still waiting

My application is on final stage after 10 months.
Me and Hardik is on same status now. See how we finalised full process....

one of my friend was refused visa at 1st attempt-Reason of DOUBT ABOUT GENUINE LMO .
He applied again with strong supporting documents.Immediately next day he got his Medical Request via email.
but unfortunately , he havent checked that... 2 Months gone, got his passport via VFS, mentioning that APPLICATION REFUSED DUE TO MEDICAL NOT RECEIVED.
All attempts, he applied via VFS.He never expected MR via email.Now his Lmo ALSO EXPIRED.He is on the way on NEW DELHI CONSULATE .plz guys share ur opinions and valuable suggestions in this case to help my friend .He is freezed now

I think he should try to write an email to Cic
And explain the whole story. I don't think
They will consider it . At Least give it a try
I think he should get another LMO
And apply again
