your wife & kid visas approved based on their first medicals. Usually, panel physicians will take 5-working days to send your medical reports to CIC .

Thats why I suggested @ PRapplicant2013 to wait for one week. So in the mean while he too will get approval like you. It may save some money.

With these actions CIC is confusing Visa applicants.

I don't think you can use the closed work permit to travel to Canada if the job is lost. If you were already in Canada and lost the job you could then look for work. I am really sorry, Naresh.

I applied CWP on 25 march 2013 with lmo ,expire date of lmo was 16th april
Till today there is no update or medical request . In da vfs site my file is under process
I was applied 2nd time wid same lmo wat do u think is every thing is fine . Its over four
Month now . I think the visa office only focus on owp s now days not a single person who
Apply cwp for last four month and got visa or even med. request

I am just trying to guess and speculate when will our number come :| also the reason why other categories of WP is processing but not us, well may be using a representative might require Grade 3 officer to review !! Who knows... Anyways wishing for sooner closure of strike .

I am pretty sure both the parties will claim other party has rejected the offer and PAFSO will announce strike will continue.
