Hi saini84 when your visa got rejected last time, that time what documents did you file and now what have you filed.and did you receive Medical request last time.

We had the complete documentation when my wife applied for the first time. Our documents were not supported by the reasons for social and economic ties to India. I am on WP in Canada and I just added my salary slips and my bank statement from Canada.

2nd time, I hired a consultant here and added the documentation:
- My declaration (kind of affidavit)
- Her bank statements (to show that she has money there)
- Property Documents in India
- A supporting letter stating the reasons why I can go back.

8 weeks have passed and there is no communication from the VO. I hope tht this time she gets Visa and come here.

Now, we have to apply for our Permanent Immigration through the FSW program! We will do it once me and my daughter reach there!

All, I can say is getting an Open Work Permit is easier than getting a Visitor visa because my Visitor visa was rejected when I applied for it last year.
This was my second time and thankfully every thing went well. We did not even show 3 months or 6 months bank statements. I just took a letter from my bank which had 7.5 Lacs INR on it. That is all. Yes, my husband is NOC A (lecturer) and we showed his pay stubs, closed work permit and LMO! That is all.
Hi summerr
You sound very positive and I would like to seek some help from you.
Even my visitor visa got rejected but now I have applied for Sowp and iam little tensed.
My husband is in Canada and I want to be with him.plz help leme know what documents exactly you filed.plzzzz

I've applied directly, means sent documents to NDVO.

Hi all,

I am new here. I saw this thread and very interested in SOWP. Which one is easier based on your opinions? TRV or SOWP?

Thanks very much.

Not an authority and I can't say for sure. It is nice for you that your employer is so supportive. From the letter content, I don't see how the VO's concerns regarding finances and staying beyond the end of the visa have been addressed. In cold, hard terms, the VO is not concerned with the company's staffing problems, that need was accepted when the LMO was issued. The letter may actually give more reason for the VO to believe your ties to Canada are stronger than those to your home country. I don't see anything that deals with the financial reason for refusal. If specific reasons for refusal are not met, I don't think one can expect the decision to change. I am sorry.
Hi Pippin
yesterday i got the reson for refusal , they mention that i am not well establish in my home country , and i wontt be depart from canada if they give me visa
