Hey guys m following dis forum from so many days.... M really worried..my timeline is... Applied on - 17dec 2012,,,, MRR - 22jan 2012,,,, MED. done - 24jan 2013,,,pAssport re submitted - 28 jan 2013 n now m just waiting

if your medical report was 100% normal you should hear something this week

Hi Guys ....

Need your consent on this.

My wife applied Spousal WP on January 04....reached Chandigarh office on 7th January, 2013. I am on Closed WP here in Canada working on Permanent job since 2011.

Now she has received a message that Passport dispatched via bluedart. The waybill will be updated tomorrow.

I fear that it should not be rejection. She has not received the WP approval letter yet, neither Medicals.

What is your take on this?

I applied for OWP on 4-Jan and got medical request via email on 16-Feb

When can i expect the passport to be back in hand ?

U can go ahead with ur medicals coz now a days d passport is not sent for medicals. If by today u dont get any vfs update dont wait for passport go ahead. @ garrycole any updates? finding u absent for the past few days

The email i received has asked for the Medicals and hence i got it done the same day itself. They follow the E-Medical process.
My query was how long, CIC will take now to stamp the passport and send it back to VFS.

Oh k. If u consider mine i did medical on Feb 1st and the hospital guys sent it on 7th n reached Delhi by 8th. Its been ten days since they received but still my passport is not back. usually they say it takes 5 to 10 working days once medical reaches Delhi.
