ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Is it like for ppl who applied of their own alone is facing this delay or even for those who applied through agencies also?Any one here know someone who applied through agencies in the month of November received their visa?

I don't think it helps with processing time. I have a UCI. I am exempt from Medicals. My job is exempt from LMO.
I have worked in Canada before.

But I am now in the 7th week of waiting, with no news from the consulate.

even i have a UCI..dunno how it helps..useful in when communicating with the CIC....but the thing is... they never reply!

submitted to VFS Mumbai on 15th Nov 2012 and reached ND on 16th Nov 2012

Given that some people here have been waiting since September....
Not sure how CHC claims that they process 80% of delhi applications in 20 working days.

i submitted my medicals on 7th nov 2012 and it reached NDVO 8th nov 2012
Since then i am waiting only.

Does it help if I ask my employer to send the ND VO an email asking for faster processing?
My employer is a Canadian government agency, however, they are quite clueless about dealing with employees immigration issues.
