i have heard that march month is busy month due to student visa , thats y they delaying
 
Hi everyone,

I had applied for Canada Workpermit (Intra Company Transfer, duration: 2 years) without LMO through VFS chennai on 04th March 2013. And my application was received by Canada High Commission office at New Delhi on 05th March 2013.

But there has been no update about the Medical Request as yet. Can anyone tell me that how much time it normally takes for complete Visa Processing in case of Intra company Transfer??

@chintan_155: yours is a case of Intra company transfer or Open Work Permit??....and does the timelines vary for both these cases or its the same?

The current processing time is 2 months, so should expect to hear something in the next 30 days. If you don't hear anything by 4th May, you should write to the high commission then, requesting them your current status.

Hi,

Mine is an Open workpermit under PNP program. Your second question has been answered correctly by 'mapleplease' id.
 
No Chikku, I havent heard anything yet..

Its crazy cause the response time for a case specific enquiry is also 28 days..

hi friends,
I have applied for OWP-S.. got my medicals done on 24th jan 2013..and submitted my passport for visa stamping on feb 8th..till now there isn't any news..everytime I check my visa status in vfs site..and they say passport received at NDVO and is under processing..I have no idea of how long i will have to wait..please guide me..
