ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

I am getting more nervous about the processing time here when i compare it to the other places

I have sent my application on 21 October for Spousal Open Work permit along with the application for my daughter's TRV through VFS Hyderabad. Passport received at CHC on 22 October.
So far no news from CHC, New Delhi.

I am vijay currently working in vegreville Alberta since September 2011, i want to apply for open work permit for my spouse. I have been recently updated my work permit valid for two more years valid till oct 2014, working on NOC B classification. can u please send the detail check list of documents that have to submitted to NDVO for processing. Bank statement ( 8 Lakh INR), Canadian Bank Statement (6000 CAD), Jewelry, agriculture income, rental income, property documents, payslips of my husband, his contract, LMO, his 2 years work permit, company's reference letter, marriage certificate, birth certificate, my job reference letter, my payslips, my certificates... CA and CE report.

This is for my wife's open workpermit and my employer's attorney in Canada is a legal representative for the application, if that makes any difference.

congress it is very fast because my wife application still in new delhi and she submitted on 19 september but still no update.could you have any idea about that why they taking too much time? and what is ur job title and skill level and spousal work permit also depend on spouse education its important? thank you

that is way too long.. yes one of my friend applied for his work permit and it took them two months just give instructions for medicals. However, I have applied for Spousal Work Permit. I hope to hear from them next week.

I work as Software Engineer in Canada.
And my wife is Physiotherapist in India.

Still waiting.. It has been a month ... do not know what is taking them( to approve or disapprove my application) so long when the processing time is 20 days for New Delhi CHC...
