Hi Guys,

Need your suggestion, have one quick question about Arranged offer of employment (AOE) to apply into NBPNP Express Entry Labour Market Stream.

My younger brother holds '3' years of work experience in Canada & currently he is working in New Brunswick for last '3' months can he gain '10' points for AOE & also '5' points in Adaptability.

Friends ,Appreciate your help to understand the Employment reference requirement for NMBPP.

As per the document checklist ,NB requires original employer reference letter to be submitted for verification ,is it correct ?

In my case, I didn't receive reference letters from a couple of my employers ,although I have relieving/experience letter and payslips from these employers .As an alternative ,I have arranged the letter of reference from my ex-colleagues and got it notarized from the notary public in India .So my question is ,Can I submit these notarized letters together with copies of my payslips and experience letters as an alternative to original employer letter ?

Seniors,Please share your insight.

@Ajvar, Yes its always recommended to submit additional proofs, so its good if you submit pay stubs, exp /releving letter, form 16 etc.

As you said you have arranged a reference letter , have you followed any specific template could you please share the template ?

Hi, guys. Can anyone tell me if I have to get an ECA for my partner education? Or just for the main applicant? The reason I'm asking is that the Federal Express Entry program awards points for partner's education, but NBPNP doesn't seem to. Another thing. I sent my bacharel diploma for an ECA. Do I have to send my secondary certificate as well? Txs for the attention.

Hello everyone,

My situation is that I have work experience in 4 occupations, out of those 2 are low skilled and 2 highly skilled occupations.

I managed to get the work reference letter along with major duties performed for my High Skilled Occupations in the required format, but for my low skilled occupation I have only the work reference document containing employment start and end date along with Job title without the major duties performed I have pay-slips and resignation confirmation letter apart from these as additional documentation

Does this suffice? As NBPNP demands work reference document in a specific format Please confirm.
