Already did.
Attended last June 7, got ITA but unfortunately missed the deadline due to some uncontrollable circumstances. Sent another EOI last July 18, then September 26. Hope they resume giving out ITAs soon, start of January maybe.

Congrats. Yes it is a good thing, meaning they have started to process your application and found some mistakes with those forms and need them to be corrected before they can proceed. Did they mention if it is first or second review?if you do not mind revealing one more number of your AOR. Good luck, you are almost there.
