I have completed 10 with 6.6 CGPA from CBSE board. And from 12 Medical I have got 62% from CBSE board. My Ielts band score is overall 6 not less than 5.5 . Am refused 2 times from canada from biotechnology Diploma. And from My caips note I got the reason that ,"I believe is detrimental to the applicants ability in being successful to their proposed studies in CDA. Poor to marginal prior academic achievement which leads me to believe the chances of becoming a successful student is diminished. Now am applying in Educational Assistant- special needs and support diploma in Niagra college under Non SPP.. so plz tell me that is visa chances are good in this diploma or diploma os relevant to approve visa ???

On the basis of my review. I have noted the following issues which I believe is detrimental to the applicant's ability in being successful towards their proposed studies in CDA:- Poor to marginal prior academic achievement which leads me to believe the chances of becoming a successful student within CDA is greatly diminished. As such I am satisfied that applicant is a bf student who will be able to successfully complete the study program in Canada. Iam of the opinion that he is not a BF temp resident who will depart canada at the end of the period of authorized stay. Application refused.

I dont think your scores are that poor. Did you clear all your exams in the first attempt??
Is educational assistant diploma is relevant to my study ?? Is visas are approved on this diploma ??
