@Gashaw it may happpen sometimes but I recommend you to contact your post office, after you are sure about the post office please contact the VO by using case enquiry.

@ Gashe, Thank you. You should contact the NVO immediately even go there on Tuesday between 9am to 10 am or Thursdays before 10 am. Explain everything to them since the 60 day limit will make you lose your process time.

tahnk you sharing your time. yes today they send me another message and suggest me to tell them other alternative postal address. And sugest me to send the package via Canadian embassy here in Addis! I don't know what to do!! why they don't send it by registored postal service ?? i also checked both my office and the main postal office service here in Addis and none of them can't get the packge. I totaly confused ! i sent now CSQ to NVo and mentioned that i can't find the package. did you know the Tel. # of Nvo ? do you think to change my postal address now?

Please ntoe that the medical instructions were sent to the address you have given below on May 16, 2012. You may provide an alternative address so that the document request letter can be resent. Alternatively, the document request letter can be sent to the Canadian Embassy in Addis Ababa for you collection.

Kindly let our office know how you want our office to send the instructions.

You should go to IOM as soon as possible for medical, about PCC send them the original, if u want you can Send the notoriedzed one but as far as i know the original pcc is enough, it will take only 2 days to get
pcc.

Did they request you to submit PP after one month of medical?

hey guys,

I just read the other forum in french and one applicant whose VO is italy has just got his ebrune, but his VO says his visa won't be delivered till january 2013 and he is requested to submit his passport by mid-december 2012. it sounds strange.
