I'd keep you all updated with the progress on my case and expect the same from other NVO applicants also.

I know that leads from here n' there revive our hopes and it's very important.

best wishes

Any passeport return from Nairobi ppl???

Sent a request by e-mail I hope they will answer it in a timely manner.
Sent my passeport last October 2012.

Mr_rana,

I think what you can do is to check and follow-up on your DHL/UPS, probably your passports are on the way back to Addis, who knows.
good luck my friend, mine was in Nairobi since September, until now, silence on their side ???

Although NVO told me that my application is in the last stage of processing, my ecas status is still "In Process" and as I know, it must change to DM before NVO sends back the passports.

The fact is they replied almost a month after I sent them CIS on the same issue.
And looking at their speed of work, I don't know how long more it'll take to change my ecas status and finally receiving the passports.

Also I'm very unclear about how NVO sends the passports back to applicants in Kenya?
Would they call/email prior to dispatching the passports or the applicants are directly contacted by the Courier Company?

Any information??
:)

Dear Mr_rana
That's a good news, don't care about the status if they already said that yours is at the last stage of process.
I'm sure they will inform you by mail prior to dispatching the passports, I saw this information in a french website. Cross your fingers you'll receive it the soonest

Thanks MALAG

One of the experts "Qorax" said that last stage of processing means that the checks are still on-going and likely to end soon.
I also read that applicants got back PP WITHOUT any change in their ecas status....

so you see, there are different-2 stories on how things move in real here.

Anyways, I keep my fingers crossed for all of us.
One should pray for the goodness of whole mankind as he/she is automatically a part if it.

:) hi i am a new member in this forum, i send my pp on oct2012 but didn't get the answer yet from NV. i saw some members with the same time line which make be to hope.

Tity,
Did you send any CIS to NVO ?
How about your Medicals, PPR & RPRF and current Ecas status??

I heard that many-times, PPs are sent without any update on Ecas or notification.
It'd be better if you can send a CIS to NVO inquiring about your latest status.

Keep us updated

Hi All,

Just received PPR today with the following instruction, among others:

In order to continue processing your application, we require the following:

Schedule A forms completed by you and your spouse available on our website
www kenya gc ca. Please ensure you fill in all sections and sign Section D;

The instruction is not complete as they did not specify the form number (e.g. IMM 5257B etc). Nor did they provide URL link.

I tried but could not find the said forms on their website. Please help.

Thank you,

Send a CSI asap to NVO asap.

I guess you must be given a submission deadline (generally 2 months from letter issuing date)

Dear Nairobi friends,
My E-case was just changed to Medical received this morning and I can't wait it will turn to Decision made.
Please pray for all of us waiting for Visas, passports, Medical......May God bless us all.

Mr Nana,

Thanks for your reply. NVO has actually given me a deadline of 90 days for submitting all docs. I called the Office only to learn that they do not work on Friday afternoons.

My problem now is to identify the right form.

MALAG...when did you do your medicals?

& did you submit PPR & RPRF??

Selamta..

Did you check at the following?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

As I understand, it's IMM5669 (Background/Declaration) but the only confusion is Section D which I guess is the last part of the form i.e. "Solemn Declaration"
