Thanks buddy but i called cic here in canada to ask some information about it and said that i'll receive a medical request thats y i had to wait , even my wife went to IOM in ethiopia and told her she have to have a uci # to get it done or they will give their number so i didn't wanted that as makes things a bit harder i just want to go with her uci number again wondering that is that okay doing her exam with out there number ( cic nairobi) ?

The whole point is you don't loose time. Waiting for the them to ask you to brig the medical, then you booking an appointment with IOM, then doing the medicals and then and then........ You might end up loosing more than a month there. If they have the medicals already then this time won't be wasted. Know what I mean? Up to you though...

That's great!

I applied in the beginning of October, and it went to "in process" over two weeks ago. Keep us posted on your progress!

Good things are coming! It seems they are working very fast!

@meena88

some people have hear back from Nairobi in a few days, others have heard after a couple of weeks.
It should be coming soon! Each file and case is different. just sit back and relax. The "in process" is a very good sign.

Thanks! Are all requests for pp sent in the mail? Or is there another way of knowing?

They are sent by regular mail or email. It can be sent to the sponsor or the applicant.
All the best. I pray that you get a good result soon! :)
