Nairobi Applicants 2013???

I dont think thats true! I did my medical examination on October 2013 and the year has almost passed. Also, one of my work colleague went under the same process and got her passport request after a year and 3 month. she did her medical upfront during submitting her documents in Canada and was asked to do it again by Nairobi. I guess I will be asked to do so as well. When, i dont know.

let's hope for the best.

I guess you're right, there's no priority given according to medical examination time frame. Anyway let's hope for the best

Very urgent..

I checked my dhl tracking this afternoon and notice that my documents have left nairobi VO yesterday afternoon(23 sept) and is on its way to Mauritius!!!is it possible that my pr visa and copr have already been issued in 7 working days?????. I checked my ecas and only noticed the two famous lines..receipt of application and start of processing of application...is it possible to have the visa and copr this way? I am very worried and some useful feedback will be much appreciated!

I believe your PRV has been approved Long wait finally over!!! I am still waiting!!!! Let us know once you receive it!!! Are they documents or a sticker... let me know!!!

Just checked my ecas status...and found the following lines below..

-----We received your application for permanent residence on February 26, 2014.

-----We started processing your application on July 24, 2014.

-----Medical results have been received.

-----A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I reckon that ecas was updated after CHC Nairobi sent me my documents via dhl on 23 September 2014. Just checked with DHL and the latter told me that my courier will be delivered to me on Friday 26 September 2014. Hoping for the best..

Went to DHL depot this afternoon..I was delivered a big envelope..partey time...! Got my passport with endorsed immigrant visa..2 Nos CoPR..1 original and 1 copy...with letter of instruction and other information..thank you all for your time and believe me..you guys will all be succesful in achieving your dream..so..keep it real..

P.S Nairobi VO were remarkable..issued me the necessary docs and passport within 7 working days..hats off to these immigration fellas..

Really happy for you man!!! I'm glad your wait is finally over!!! Some of us are still waiting!!! Im pretty sure ours will be our by end of this year!!!
Is there a certain validity to enter the country as soon as you get your passport?
