well i do not know regarding the prepaid DHL envelops it seems to exist in some countries and others don't.


actually sorry i forgot to mention to you earlier they give you 90 Days to provide the passport and not 60 days. ihave the same issue as yours i need to travel in August

Receieved email from.nrobi saying there workinf on our application. Our status also changed online too. In process as of may 25, 2014

Hi All,

Just got my passport request email for my wife. That was only 4 and a half months from application date!

The email states that I have 60 days to submit it to them. But they did not provide a mailing address to send the passport. Can someone that recently sent their passport please provide me with the mailing address for the Nairobi office?

As well, I need to attach a prepaid courier coupon. Should I be using any specific courier that is reliable?

Our status also changed to In Process as of June 16 on ECAS.

Does anyone know how long the visa is good for once its issued? i.e. do we have 6 months for my wife to land in canada? or is it a shorter time frame?

I think the embassy uses DHL for delivery, as it has a wider delivery coverage. In somalia we can only receive on DHL others are not available

I think we will stick with DHL. Everyone here seems to be using them. Can anyone confirm the mailing address for the passport?
