Hi guys

My wife and I just find out that we are about to have a baby. The doctor from walk-in Clinic already confirmed the pregnancy but it is still early so we have to wait for the first ultrasound test to know if everything is going well (should be 4-5 weeks later from now)
My question is shall we wait for a more detail and definite report at that time to submit our application?( My wife is about to sponsor me through inland sponsor stream)
Or Can I just ask the doctor to write some kind of note to indicate that my wife is early pregnant?
I am asking cuz my case could be tricky since we are both in our second marriage and my wife has a girl from her previous marriage. I just would like to provide information as detail as possible to avoid any suspicious or delay but also get to submit my application ASAP since I really need the OWP next year.

Cheers

You do not need to include information about your wife's pregnancy in the application. You can apply now. However, including a note from the doctor stating your wife is pregnant will not hurt the application. I would include the doctor's note.
