My visa says was issued in a different country

Hey guys! I just received my tourist Canadian visa and I realized it says issued at Mexico but I applied from a different country. Any one experienced/experiencing the same situation? Should I contact CIC or the VAC? Is it an error? If so anyone knows the link where I can contact CIC directly with my inquiry?

ps: all the data related to personal information is correct! Just the country of issuance is different and makes me think it could be a mistake.
