MY USD DRAFT FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT WAS RETURNED FROM GHANA

I submited my Federal skilled worker application in May 2010. There was an addition to my family in September 2010.

I received the 1st AOR in October to send my document to Accra visa office in October 2010. I sent my document to Accra in February 2011.

I also notified the visa office about the change in my family size in February 2011. Enclosed with the notification was $150 (US dollars)

The draft has been returned. I got the draft today August 10, 2011.

REASON FOR RETURN

The document attached to the returned draft specified as quoted below:

" PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY INSTRUMENTS OF $US300 OR MORE CAN BE ACCEPTED. FOR FEES THAT TOTAL LESS THAN THE EQUIVALENT OF $US300, FEES MUST BE PAID USING BANK INSTRUMENTS IN EITHER CANADIAN DOLLARS OR GHANAIAN CEDIS"


I have taken the draft to GTBank to be repurchased and issue another draft in Canadian dollars (CAD150)

QUESTION


Should I still use post office and address the mail to P.O.Box 1639 ( as instructed on their website that all document should be sent to their mail box)?
OR
Should I mail the it through DHL in order to safe time ?

Please advice.
