MY UCI is a 10 digit number with no hyphens which is invalid

Dear Friend,

I applied for permanent residence this year and got a 10 digit UCI number with no hyphens. It was just a number in the format XXXXXXXXXX.

I tried filling the IRCC web form today and when I entered my UCI number I cannot submit the form because it says " The form could not be submitted because UCI number is not valid".

I am very worried. IS anyone else having the same issue? Have others also got a UCI number in the same format of 10 digits?

How did you receive the information about your UCI number? Did it come with an "Application Number" as well?
