No, you are not eligible for an ARC. ARCs are for situations where someone was deported or had a failed refugee claim. ARCs do not override misrepresentation bans. You have to wait out the 5 year ban before you'll be able to apply to return to Canada.

You could try applying for a TRP.

For the TRP to be approved, your reasons for wanting to come to Canada need to outweigh the misrepresentation. This means you would need to have very strong reasons for wanting to come to Canada as a visitor.

Note that TRP processing times are very long right now. Expect to wait at least a year.

TRP is for those who are inadmissible to Canada because of a criminal record. This doesn’t have to do with your 5 year ban due to misrepresentation. You need to complete your ban.

Thanks but it says misrepresentation as well. does this apply in my case?

That's incorrect. TRPs are for situations where someone is inadmissible to Canada. This certainly includes criminal record situations but misrepresentation bans also fall within the scope. Of course there needs to be a very strong case for the TRP to be approved. And as I've said above, processing times are extremely long right now.

You can apply anytime.

Again, just be prepared for very long processing times and make sure you have a very strong case for why you need to visit Canada. Of course this can't be related to wanting to work in Canada. It would need to be a different reason.
