I recently applied for my PGWP and took the time to carefully complete the application. While doing so, I realized that an identification card I have from my home country actually qualifies as a National Identity Document. So, I included its details in that section of the application.

However, in all my previous applications (Study Permit, Co-op Work Permit, Study Permit Extension), I had always selected "No" in response to the National Identity Document question.

Should I be concerned that this could be seen as misrepresentation and lead to my application being refused? Would it be wise to submit a webform with an explanation of the situation? Or am I just completely overthinking this?

Any and all advice is appreciated!
