My Study Permit Expires in 2 weeks, Can I visit US ?

Hi,

My study permit expires in 2 weeks. I applied for the extension today and I have a confirmation number. My visa still valid till Dec.
Can I visit US in the coming week, or they won't let me enter Canada again?

@mini-twiny I guess if you'll be back before the expiration date of your permit you'll be fine as long as u have ur new confirmation nbr with you.

I have a question, my study permit expires in about 6.5 weeks and i applied for a renewal of my CAQ a 2 weeks ago and dropped my documents off on Wednesday. Just wondering how long it took for them to process ur CAQ renewal and if they gave you a hard time! I gave them all the required documents and more than enough sufficient funds... but i'm so worried cause this is so last minute! So just wondering if they've been tough on CAQ renewals lately. Thanks!
