I am working in a manufacturing company as a "Technical Support Engineer". I was looking for my NOC to apply for express entry under the Canadian experience class.

• Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting/calibration of products
• Provide training to customers on various operation and maintenance of products
• Address customer questions and concerns regarding their instrument
• Walking customers through solutions
• Filing reports regarding product problems, researching technical issues
• Answer incoming request from customers and troubleshoot technical problems and debugging
• Soldering Circuit boards; •
Troubleshooting and debugging
• Occasional on-site support
• Light manufacturing including use of laser cutters, drill press, band saw, and 3D printer;
• Participate in product development design review.
