My Mother's & Sister's Daughter's TRV Refused at Abu Dhabi Canada Visa Office

How can I request GCMS or CAIPS notes from the Canadian High Commission at Abu Dhabi as I am in Abu Dhabi?

I have applied online at Abu dhabi. Since applying two months back, I have recieved two emails to check my mycic account but when i do, there r no updates...is this normal? I have emailed Abu dhabi visa office but haven't recieved a reply from them either

I do not remember their toll free number but go VFS Abu Dhabi website and call them. They pick their phone from 9 to 5 on all working days.

Can anybody on the forum suggest that apart from the property proofs, bank statements, passport, air ticket, medical insurance...what all other documents would convince the VO that any mother would come back to be with her birth place country and to be with her daughters and other relatives! Though I am not surprised that why VO refused the TRV of a mother going to meet her son but I am sad to know that why a VO would doubt the intent of a 78 years' old mother to go and meet son...wht is he doubting that she will not come back!

Just off the top of my head I would have one of your relatives in Canada who are your mothers offspring sponsor her for a supervisa (more info on CIC website), if the family meets the Low Income Cut Off or LICO. It is more money, slightly different requirements, but would give her a multiple entry visa. It would also take her off of your block of applications.

Also I think your niece should apply on her own with her own reasons. You could all travel together. With you all applying on masse it looks a little like you're trying to immigrate.

If I take it correctly, do you suggest that my mother can be sponsored by any of my relatives on Canada but to take it further I have relatives like my wife's sisters only and do not know whether they can sponsor my mother!

My only younger brother in Canada does not gave so strong financials as of now and cannot get her super visa and I gave no other option but to go for this route only if getting multiple entry TRV!
