My husband is PR of Canada and my company is filing ICT

Hi Everyone,

I am a permanent resident of Canada and my wife is an IT professional working in India. We have not filed her PR sponsorship. Currently, my wife's employer is raising ICT for her. I wanted to know which files she shall include for her spouse details (Relationship documents).

And is there any probability of visa rejection.

She has to tell the truth about the fact that she is married to a PR. Impossible to say whether it will be an issue. It is more dependent on whether her ICT makes sense and whether she qualifies for ICT.
