I just applied to EE and i have worked for 36 months+.

1st work: April 2016 to June 2018
2nd work: Sept 2020 to January 2021
3rd work: January 2021 to current (July)

but my foreign work experience is still counted as 25, may I know why? Since it has been more than 3 years, should it be 50?

My ietls score is 8.0
Reading: 8.5
Speaking: 7.5
Listning: 9
Writing: 7

Thank you!

So 1112 is your primary NOC. Can’t say but depends on dates of your employment if you are over 36 months.
my primary NOC is the 1112 since i worked there for 2 years. these are the dates
1st work: April 2016 to June 2018
2nd work: Sept 2020 to January 2021
3rd work: January 2021 to current (July)

Are you not at 35 months since July doesn’t count yet?

Okay, thanks. Just to confirm - gaps are allowed in work experience? The only work experience continuity needed is the 1 year continuous work experience. Is that inference accurate? [For Outland FSW]
Gaps are allowed but your 2016-2018 work experience is your primary NOC and your continuous work. I am guessing why you aren’t getting the 3 years experience and points. Again I don’t know how you are answering your questions so I may be wrong.
