My Express Entry Score is 356 - Is there any chance to get selected ?? whatelse could I do.

Score details as below

Overall Score = 356
CRS - Human Capital - Age = 110
CRS - Level of Education = 120
CRS - First Official Language Proficiency = 88
CRS - Skill Transferability - Education = 13
CRS - Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience = 25

Looking at the past rounds here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/past-rounds.asp for the past few months, the lowest scores getting invited to apply have been 450.

What you would have to do would be to improve your score somehow.
 
Agreed. There is zero chance of selection. You need to improve your score significantly. You should retake IELTS to score a higher score and also consider taking the French exam (if you know French) or learning French. If you have a spouse, they should take IELTS and also have their education assessed. You could also consider taking additional diplomas or degrees to increase your score. A job offer in Canada would obviously add 600 points to your score but that's difficult to obtain.
 
Easiest would be to come for study gain Canadian experience and then apply with job offer.
Or Finish your PhD
Or finish trade school get red seal and secure a job.
