Hi everybody
I don't understand why my topic deleted on the forum.
I have question about my situation
My boss wants to sponsor me and we went to lawyer but the lawyer said I need to have certificate to be able for sponsorship.
So I choose to study at La Salle college VANCOUVER. I have a concern that even it's in a list of designated school of Canada, but some people said they are not eligible for PSWP. According to CIC that, the private school needs to lead to degree program, however LS college they don't have that.

What if after graduate and i can't get a PSWP, still my boss can sponsor me or not when I am studying at LS and work part time for him in the next 1 year?

Please advice
Thanks

One of your threads may have been deleted be because you posted the same question more than one time. From what I can tell, your question is still there. So maybe you posted it twice and one was deleted?

You'll have to explain more what you mean by "sponsor you". Sponsor you for what? For a work permit? For PR? For something else?

You'll have to do some research to determine if he can sponsor you. You should read up on the Provincial Nominee Program of the province you are in to find out if there is a stream that allows your employer to sponsor you. Your employer will most likely have to obtain an approved LMIA. Links to information about the provincial program can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

If not, then you can apply through the Express Entry program (Federal Skilled Worker) provided you have at least 1 year of full time and paid work exprerience (inside or outside of Canada). Your employer will help you in this process by giving you a permanent job offer and obtaining an approved LMIA.
