I have a friend living in Manitoba. If I am applying for MPNP, Do I need to submit any supporting letter from my friend? If yes, Is there any format for that?

I have a friend living in Manitoba. If I am applying for MPNP, Do I need to submit any supporting letter from my friend? If yes, Is there any format for that?

When you are going to submit your application then you will find a link or option to send a mail to your supporter on last submission page, your supporter gets a mail with link of Settlement plan part 2 form,which he/she has to fill and on the last page he/she has to scan his/her medical card, and pr card. And just follow the instructions given in the mail.
