MPNP worker in Manitoba - settlement funds/EOI

Hi guys!
I currently work in Manitoba, my six months of full time employment is going to fullfil and the end of March, my question is - can I send EOI earlier? Let's say March 15? I'm struggling to manage to send my application before changes on April 1st.
I've got also question about settlement funds, I know that if I'm currently in here, working I don't need to have full amount (10K$) but what is sufficient? Is around 4-5k going to be OK? How much did You guys have? My relocation here was pretty pricey

4-5k is good enough. 2-3 of my friends had this much funds only and didn't have any trouble with their applications.

You can only apply for EOI once your requirement for six months work experience is fulfilled. You can gather all other documents in the meanwhile.

EOI draw is usually at the end of each month and rules aren't changing until May as most of these governments have April 30th year ends so new year/budget will start from May.
