MPNP status recieved

i am new to all MPNP.
I applied for EOI and recieved it in August 2016
LAA submitted September 2016.

From then to till now status is Application recieved.

MY question is what it is?

Usually how long it takes to change the status?

what will be the next step?

please seniors & experienced peopel help me out.
