MPNP sponsorship

My sister just got married, and her husband has a PR status in Manitoba, she is moving to Canada soon under the spouse federal law. My question was can i get sponsored at the same time as well? or do i have to wait till my sister finishes her process? Any information will be appreciated.

Your relative has to settle in Manitoba for at least one year . To get her sponsorship , otherwise it will not be possible

Hey drbassem, thank you so much for the quick reply, my brother in law has been in Manitoba for more than a year now, I just wanted to know if he can sponsor at the same time while he trying to bring his wife over?
