At this point you can boast your score by improving your english test results, apart from that i don't see any other means as MPNP has a fixed criteria with non flexible factors

I know most of members here already submitted their application
I missed 5 July draw by 2 day which is last draw on relative category till date
I have been waiting since then
Anyone have an idea why they are not including relative category
Also i Heard that relative category is closed now forever. Is that true
If not than when will be opening
By the way my MPNP Score is 603

Log out and log in and try again. If not wait for couple of hours maybe a system maintenance is ongoing. Also note that you can send the documents as email attachment to the email you received the ADR from. Its not a problem unique to you alone.
