MPNP: NOC and EE

Hi all,

In Manitoba since 25-Jan-2025, with a score of 642 (MPNP).
EOI for MPNP submitted in Aug 2025 without any reference to EE.
Current NOC is 64409 in TEER 4, not eligible for EE. Can the NOC be changed and a fresh EOI submitted, after creating a TEER 3 NOC EE profile and the current EOI can be withdrawn?
Will the number of months in a current NOC matter, when MPNP makes decisions on LAA?
Is the non-express entry route viable, as the cycle time is long?

1. Yes you can withdraw.
2. Yes months with your job offer matter just read eligibility requirements.
3. Not sure what you mean by viable but your NOC and score have to be selected unless francophone, in certain region etc. Yes, it is a long process.
