Hi Kurtsebastian,

Do you mean to say they have specific categories for you to choose from in the previous online application form, meaning you have to choose between family or general stream?

Thank you for shedding light and for giving hope to everyone.

Yes. That is correct. It is stated in the application before, and I have ticked the General stream when i have submitted my application. ;D.

Hello guys,

I have observed that those who are receiving refusal letter from MPNP are SENT via EMAIL. While, for approval, it is sent via snail regular mail. Three applicants have already received their refusal letter via email.

This is alarming. :( Are they all General Stream applicants?

Its not lyk dis...they prescreen all applications discard the ones wid in eligibility lyk less bank funds or no strong proof of connection and keep others in the queue for processing...For the discarded ones they send e mailz telling the in eligibility reasons...for the others which r eligible they take tym to process coz theres a massive rush in MPNP..so def its gonna take tym in interviews lining up...once ur sponsor's is being interview expect ur LOA in a months coz they issue it mostly the other day (LOA)
but it reaches us in a month thru snail mail...Hope dis clears ur confusion

Anabia,
When do they do the prescreening? Does getting AOR mean you are prescreened?
If you get AOR, does that mean your application is complete and you are eligible?
Thanks.
