Greetings!! I have a general questions related to Passport. My passport validity has expired (10 years) on August 2013 and It can't be renewed any more as per law in place in my country (Bangladesh). So, I applied for a new passport and got a new one. I have applied for MPNP using the new passport. Now, in my old passport there are some travel information (Japan, USA) which I have to mention in the travel related CIC form. My question is that do I need to submit a copy of old passport along with my new one. I would be grateful to you if I receive a feedback from you in this regard.

Now my question is how many friend (s) supports need for application? One friend support is ok??

Could you please tell me how long the bank deposit money [10000$ for Principal applicant and 2000$ for each dependent, incase of General stream (skilled worker stream)] should present in the account?? Is it three months before and 3 months after from the date of application???

To be on the safe side and to avoid issues with your application it is best to have the Money in your account for a period of Minimum of 6 months Prior to submitting your application. And the Minimum required proof of funds should be in your account until you land in Canada.

Furthermore, it doesnt mean that you bank account should remain stagnant during the course of yoru application. In fact, it'll look good if there are movements in your account (ie withdrawals and deposits each month) but i suggest that at the end of each month the Balance in your account should not be below the Minimum proof of funds as required by the program.

Forum mates, please share your personal experiences if you happen to have a different Inputs as per the above.

my visa office is new delhi. i applied under MPNP general stream in AUGUST 2012 . my sponser recieved interview call on this monday i.e. 18 AUGUST 2014 . i want to ask that 7 days have passed , will i also get interview call or now the chances are less for that. moreover when can i expect LOA?

What kind of visa are my parents eligible for? And what are the requirements for that? I mean after how much time can i apply for their visa & what are the conditions?
And how much time would their visa take to process?
