Guys, I just think about one thing.
Let see. The quota on this year 5000, yes? By this time they had sent approx.950 of letters. Does this amount include all members of families of applicants?
What I mean - the quota includes only number of letters of Apply OR numbers of applicants with their family (spouses, children and etc)?

I think the quota just be counted on the number of Applicants instead of all members of their family.

Who can do confirm this factor ?

I agree with lienthanhquyet, otherwise how can they knows about how many family member accompanying with the main applicant.

As far as I know, MPNP is not a part of Express Entry. After you get nomination from MPNP, you just submit to CIC to get visa. Instead of Express Entry, you should wait CIC to draw again.
However, if you apply under Extress Entry, CIC commit that your application will be processed in 6 months.
Now, SK, New Bunswick ... are running Extress Entry.

the reason i thought it was part of express entry is because of this

if you look under skilled workers (express entry), provincial nomination is one of them, and if you click it, MPNP is there.

MPNP landings in Manitoba, 2012: 9,531
Immigrant landings in Manitoba, 2012: 13,312 (all categories)
Each skilled worker or business nominee arrives in Manitoba with his/her spouse and children, which accounts for the number of immigrant “landings.”

They know how many dependants in your application. In filling up your application in MPNP you must put the name of your spouse including children. Also when you get LOA they will put how many dependants are eligble to apply.

Dear All,

I am disparately want your help.

I have long story of applying to Canada immigration.

First I applied during 2015 and unfortunately they return my application due to capa reach.

Then I applied again on May 2016 with CRS 348 score.

My lawyer is informing me that I am in a weak position and its very hard to be selected and I have to improve my score through conducting a new IELTS exam that I considered hard to obtain better marks.

Furthermore, I am keep tracking the progress of the monthly selection and I notice that the score dropped to 463.

So guys I need your advise if there is any hope for me to get selected with my current score of 348 in the up coming draw and if there is any other possibility

Dear Friends,
Did anybody received nomination who applied after 30/4/2015. I can see not even one candidate as on date has received the nomination. They say that they will process the applications faster,, but looking at the current scenario it will take months to get nomination.
