Issuance of an Invitation to Apply is at the sole discretion of the MPNP and applicants cannot self-select for eligibility with this connection to our province.

Required documents

To apply to the MPNP with the connection of Manitoba Invitation, you must upload in MPNP Online the Letter of Invitation you received directly from the MPNP after being interviewed by a program officer during a recruitment mission or exploratory visit.

can anyone pls tell about previous application.for mpnp my husband will be the principal applicant now,but I had applied in 2009 fsw category and it never worked and it is a time barred case.now what should we write under the question whether you have any previous application?
my application got removed from the system and it is no more there as t has been 6 plus years now.pls advise thanks

Hello,

I have put up application in Express Entry program of federal govt. but I want to make my wife as primary applicant in the MPNP program.

Now I am confused about clause "Individuals who have an active immigration application with any other provincial immigration program in Canada" Language in the clause seems to be too broad and ambiguous!!!

Will this clause be applicable on my wife's application with me having active profile in EE CIC??

If anyone can provide some information on this clause.

It's thrilling to wait for the first draw in May. I achieved 573 points of EOI.
Who did just apply EOI in May and get any Letter of Advice to Apply in this topic ?

Hi pbrar17

Don't try it. since your express entry details includes your wife it would be seen as a fraud. i.e trying to play smart. Instead look at other provinces that are requesting applications from people in express entry such as- British Columbia, Nova Scotia,Prince Edward island. That would be better.

Dear Experts

I hv created profile today in `` EOI-SW`` .. and reached to end screen `` Review & Submit - Submit EOI-SW`` ..

I have down loaded my preview profile , and It says `` you appear to qualify for the Express Entry substream as a Skilled Worker Overseas`` .

Now inquiring whether my profile has submitted , as there is no submit buttom found on screen .. thanks to advise

Please my overall score on ielts is 6.5, I scored listening 6.0;writing5.5; speaking7.5; reading7.0. My question is if am nominated can I use the result for express entry or I must sit for another exam. Thanks for your response.

Anyone please help... I am a bit confused on this question to EOI, "Do you have official test results indicating you have language proficiency in Canada's second official language at CLB 5 or higher?" I answered YES. I took IELTS, will it be considered YES answer to the question? I just received an email from MPNP, not an LAA yet... hoping for everyone soon. Thanks and good luck to all us here...

I answered this question: "NO". Do you have official test results indicating you have language proficiency in Canada's second official language at CLB 5 or higher?

Second inquiry, I am a veterinarian and did practice in back home. However, I am also a lecturer in Veterinary University in my back home. Now I am doing PhD in Manitoba.

What is the answer of this question?
If your occupation is regulated in Manitoba, are you fully recognized by the provincial licensing body after undergoing all steps of having your qualifications assessed? I answered "Yes".

Can you please help me whether my occupation is regulated or not. I saw in MPNP website that veterinarian is a regulated job but I did not assess my qualification as a Veterinarian with licensing body in Manitoba yet. So, my answer "YES" is correct or not????

Please I need to resubmit my EOI within 48 hours, as MPNP sent EMAIL today (MAY 15, 2015) to review and submit correct answer of these two issues.
