I am going to create this thread for MPNP 2015 Applicants,
As MPNP will announce the strategy/policies in Dec 2014, for family stream.
And will begin accepting applications again in Jan 2015.

Oooops by the way, why you started a thread for 2015 intake when your application has already started? Just curious

Manitoba could be getting an extra 500 highly skilled workers in 2015 thanks to the federal government's Express Entry program starting in the new year.

The province has been allocated a maximum of 500 potential immigrants to endorse from the national Express Entry pool.
That 500 is separate from, and in addition to, the allocation of 5,000 total nominations Citizenship and Immigration has provided to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for the year.

Can I use both Express Entry and the MPNP

To learn the inner workings of Express Entry, Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s electronic system to manage applications to certain federal economic immmigration programs, to be launched January 2015, visit the CIC website.

You may be able to take advantage of both the faster processing of permanent resident visa applications afforded by Express Entry, and the ease of use of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.

There are two methods:

apply to the MPNP first, get a nomination and then fill out an Express Entry profile
first submit an Express Entry profile

Manitoba can search the Express Entry pool and ask a candidate to apply to the MPNP.

Upon nomination, you will update your Express Entry profile. Having a nomination certificate earns you more points in Express Entry’s

you need patience, As per my follow up i could see its normal. you would get update soon.

you are right 2015 would be fastest process since EE entry clamming first draw in Jan end. so i think it should be move fast.

Also, I will like that a Nigerian confirm if truly it is necessary to notarize every document we will be scanning to mpnp for our application e.g, bank statement, letter from employer, transcripts, etc....thanks

I guess yes, you need to notarize all the documents like bank statements ,reference letter etc...
