They say passports are ready to pick up after 2 days of receiving the email.. I think u must have got a phone call from CVAC by now or u might get it tomorrow to collect your passports ..

Eagle Eye,
It is better you change her passport to avoid any controversies and unnecessary explanations that could cause delay or even disqualification. Mind you all her other documents must have same names as on the passport unless she changed her surname after marriage

Hi guys
I am trying to apply for my sister in manitoba provincial nominee
The thing is there is a difference in one letter between the last name of my name in the passport and hers
Is this a problem or it is ok or we should change her passport to fit mine

consider swearing to an affidavit.

I went for the medical and it was a breeze!

They did a very basic medical examination:
1) Checked our weights
2) Checked our lengths
3) Checked our throats
4) Listened to chest/breathing
5) Urine sample
6) Blood sample
7 Chest ex-ray

Was done and dusted in 2 hours time.

well, not everybody recieved the message, but i linked mine, and i didnt recieve any message, so you give it a trial

they were taking a long time on old applications, now the online application system is quite fast.

Hi friend. It's not for all type of applications; the ones that can make use of the method have been stated there and they add the types of application that can make use of the facility from time to time. I believe those that received that particular mail can get their ECAS linked to that account. I tried it too and didn't get linked that indicated my kind of application has not been in that kind of provision.

haji yea, paper base, the service will surely be helpful, cos i saw the full details of my application, they will be sending message to me everymonth via mail, and incase your visa office needs anytin update, there is a space for inbox there, you can easily check it, its just a more advance form of ECAS

i cant really say, but give it a trial first, if it doesnt work, then wait after you get AOR, then give
it a trial again, its gonna work

Guys, It has been 5 months since I got my AOR, and I haven't received anything else from them about file transfer etc etc.
I am thinking about contacting them and asking about it.
Should I do it or wait for them to send something?
If I can do it, How do I do it?
